Angola records

Accident and incident records from Angola are sporadic and often conducted by the demining group that suffered the accident. Many reports lack both objectivity and thoroughness. The level of medical follow-up is frequently inadequate.

These reports are NOT numbered in a progressive date sequence.

As always, you should read all of the reports to get a clear idea of those errors that are regularly repeated and so may be most worth taking measures to avoid.

From a "lessons to be learnt" point of view, my current top ten for Angola (in no particular order of preference) are:

DDASaccident047: DDASaccident054: DDASaccident369

DDASaccident063: DDASaccident205: DDASaccident049:

DDASaccident056: DDASaccident421: DDASaccident046
