Kosovo accidents

Accident records from KOSOVO are unusually detailed and the investigations were conducted with a rare degree of professionalism and independence. The UN KMAC allowed transparent access to them. As a result, the KOSOVO record is preserved and provides an example to all other Mine Action Centres.

These reports are NOT numbered in a progressive date sequence.

From a "lessons to be learned" point of view, my current top ten for Kosovo (in no particular order of preference) are:

DDASaccident371: DDASaccident330: DDASaccident326

DDASaccident372: DDASaccident323: DDASaccident401:

DDASaccident327: DDASaccident265: DDASaccident263

DDASaccident367
